REGISTRATION DETAILS: Upon the successful submission of this form I give permission to Journey of Our Youth to use photographs of my child taken during the class for promotional purposes and on social media. These tools include scissors, irons, sewing machines, sergers, needles, and pins. All students will be taught proper safety measures before being allowed to use any tools.
